The main restaurant at Caye Chapel Island Resort features a delectable combination of Belizean and Caribbean delicacies offering a vast array of seafood & fresh local produce. The world-class cuisine is served in a beautiful dining room with views of the beach and ocean. Poolside dining for breakfast & lunch is also available as well as in room-dining from 7am to 10pm. Buffets are offered only during events such as pool parties & by request. Food allergies are easily accommodated and special meal requests during your stay are respectfully considered & appreciated by our culinary team.
